For over 15 years, Christopher Bartley has been a valuable contributor to the marketing and design spaces. As a business storytelling coach and user researcher, he specializes in helping healthcare leaders deliver engaging presentations and build executive trust with teams by leveraging user experience (UX) design and storytelling methodologies. Being a certified UX designer with a strong focus on storytelling has positioned Christopher to improve both physical and digital spaces for healthcare companies and their patients.

Springer Publishing, known for being the primary distributor of nursing publications in the U.S., benefited from a 6% increase in total revenue due to Christopher's UX implementation for two of their online nursing divisions, Daily Nurse and Minority Nurse.

Christopher holds a Master of Business Administration with a Healthcare Concentration from the Jack Welch Management Institute of Strayer University and a Master of Arts in Communication from Andrews University.
